Hi everyone, well I'm feeling a lot better and my sugar level is more stable. I've been doing some yard work and some general clean up around here, I've been throwing out lots of clutter. I've been doing a lot of praying for a very good friend who lost his wife of 35 years last Wednesday, Ruth had a bone disease that has made her bedridden for the last 10 years or so, she was very crippled and could barely use her hands, she was smoking in bed while Carl was at work and tragically dropped her cigarette and caught her bed on fire, she perished in the blaze, the only thing that saved their house was the fact that she was on a water bed to help ease her pain.The saddest part to me is that Carl is the one who found her. She leaves behind Carl who is the sweetest guy I've ever known and her daughters Laura,who is 23 and Chelsea who is 21, so if you want send a prayer up for them. Carl is a very quiet shy person and all of us school bus drivers just love him. I'm going to go invade his space later this week, we are very close and I'm one of the few people he would talk with about his labor of love with Ruth. He won't ask for help so I'm just going to go give him some, at the least I'll go sit and talk with him for a while. Sorry for such a downer journal but this has been weighing heavy on my heart and I can't even imagine what it's like for Carl and the girls! Thanks everyone. Love Evey
